Again, thank you for your kind words. As I was about to say before an errant
finger hit a key and sent my last message by mistake, when reading the
listserv I'm often reminded of places where we could have done a better job
designing ebase v1 (and that will be improved upon with ebase v2!) So, as
one of the team that created ebase v1, it's really nice to hear that ebase
has improved the quality of your working life. Your comment makes this work
feel so worthwhile--and it makes for a warm feeling that I'll enjoy carrying
into the weekend!

Before I get into this silly question of mine, I would like to pause for a
moment to say how grateful I am for ebase. It is lovely. Having worked
with proprietary databases developed for other industries, the elegance of
ebase makes me smile. So to whoever is responsible for this improvement to
the quality of my working life, thank you.
And here is my question, I suspect it has been answered before. I need to
produce a list of all our contributors, from the 1st of January, that is all
the members that renewed and all the donors who donated since then.
Preferably the output would break down by membership gift and donor gift.
What is the best way to do this? I don't quite see it on the query screen,
even when I squint.
