Anna, To get the list of contributors (members and donors) since January 1: 1. Go to the Payments file, either by using the FileMaker pull-down at the top of the page: Window > paymnts_; or by clicking View Payments for someone that has a payment on file. 2. Click Query tab. 3. Enter >1.1.2001 in the Post Date field. 4. Click Continue to go back to View Payment screen, and then click Report button for printout. To get two separate reports for Members vs.Donors, do the routine twice, selecting either "Dues" or "Contribution" as search criteria in the Payment For field on the Query Screen. I've been away from ebase for awhile, and others on this listserv have become far more expert! You may get some other ideas from them on how to get the report format you want.
