I'm looking to add different contact methods (other than letter, e-mail, etc) to track donor response to phone and door-to-dorr appeals. In the end, I want to be able to record that a particular donor said no to a given soliciatation. That way we can wait for several months before we try and contact them again. Any suggestions?
