There are no .fp3 files that are part of eBase. Sometimes the error messages
imply that there is but they are wrong. Browse to the directory were your
.10x files live and see what is around that begins with del*.

You can safely restore just that file from your backup and at most you will
be missing a few deletions. They are gone!

However you should explain more about how you deleted it in the first place.
Did you really deliberately delete it, or did you just see the complaint
about it being missing and don't know what happened. For the first shame on
you, for the second we need to understand more about what really happened.
Usually when eBase complains about missing files they are symptoms of other
structural problems that will cause more and more problems, e.g. all your
.10x files are not in exactly one directory and there are no others anywhere
on your machine.
