Hi Jack: I was in your training in Atlanta at the end of June. I misplaced your card so it has taken me longer than I wanted to contact you. I am very interested in you coming to Cleveland to help me with data conversion. It was done once but there are many discrepencies with the info in ebase. I keep getting angry letters from members who receive membership renewal notices and they have records that their membership is not expired and they are concerned that are records are so bad. They don't want to contribute when they think it will not be recorded correctly. They go on at length by how upset this makes them. I am trying to impress on you just how detrimental our database is to our relations with our members and donors. Please let me know if you are interested in making the trip to Cleveland and when you would be available. The sooner the better. I will be on vacation the last two weeks of August.
