When you copy back to the hard disk from the CD everything is the same
except that the R/O attribute has been set. You have to manually change this
back. The easiest way is to write a very simple batch file and put an icon
for it on your desktop.
@echo off
cd c:\directory where the .102 files live
attrib -r *.102

You can also do it visually by navigating from MyComputer to the right
directory, edit -> select all, right click on the selected files, select
properties, click the R/O attribute off, and ok.
