I am working on exporting a file for our newsletter mailing labels. I did
the query I needed, then went to output, chose file export, and chose
mailing labels. Then I chose how to name the file, at that point I get an
error message that reads "the sort order has changed since the last export.
Any summary data based on the previous sort order will not be exported."
Now this seems reasonable as error messages go, but I am not sure what
exactly it means. Or what I have done to cause it, or whether it will
export all my data. Hmmm. Any ideas? I suppose I could try a small test
file export that I could manually check to see if I have everything. For
the sake of the newsletter arriving on time I did the export using
filemaker's command, but I would like to know if I have caused a terrible
problem.
Thanks,
Anna
