As this message says, you have a damaged file in the ebase set. In
addition, I note that the filename ebase.fp3 does not appear in the
ebase system as delivered. This is most likely the file ebase.102
which has had its name changed in some way, possibly during a
previous recovery from a damaged file.

Rainie's right - you will need to restore your system from a backup.
Look for a backup which has the file names correct. That is, all the
files are called something_.102, not .fp3. If you are using a Windows
system, it's possible you won't see the suffix (.102). so they will
appear to be named something_ with the suffix suppressed. You can
make the suffix visible, and insure you have the right files, by...
- opening the folder your ebase files are in and
- selecting the menu item View>Folder Options, and
- select the view tab, and
- uncheck the box which says to hide the file extensions.
It is probably possible to import the data from your damaged set into
your backup files or a brand new set. If you will lose a substantial
amount of data entry by reverting to a backup, it might be worth it.
