The "level" field is not particularly useful as far as I am concerned. It is
a computed field on a per payment entry basis and just translates the amount
of that transaction whether it is dues or contribution into words based on
the table setup in the setup screens. It sort of assumes that these levels
make sense both for contributions and for dues. Our member levels are based
at least partially on things other than the amount, e.g. family member or
individual member, or student or retired, etc. These cannot be told apart
from the dues they pay.
