I should have added that at least on a PC it makes no difference if
ebase.exe is on the machine or not if you open it with FileMaker. What does
make a difference is how the associations are set which is what determines
what happens if you double clip on an icon. You want it associated with
FileMaker not ebase.exe for double clicking to work. Right click on the icon
for ebase.102; select open with; select FileMaker; make sure the box in the
lower left is checked to always open files of this type this way.
