Jessica,

I took the opportunity to perform a "Letter Merge" export and ensured that
I included the 'FIND LAST MBR EXPIRE DATE' field on the Specify Field Order
for Export screen.

I then checked, through Excel, and noted that the expiry date was included
in the exported .DIF file.

I suggest you try this out. Should be what you are looking for...

Subject: [support] Export Fields

I need some help, I am sending out renewal letters to all our members and
we
want certain fields included in these letters such as expiration date,
first
name, last name, etc.
My problem is that when exporting these files expiration date is not
included in the selection of fields. So my question is, how do I add the
expiration date? If anyone can help me that would be great
Thanks
Jessica
