With help from a consultant, we something similiar. He/we couldn't figure how to do it in FM so we sent up a spreadsheet in Excel. What we wanted was to track new and renewing members, show goals vs. actuals and percentages, with totals. Plus we do a count for the totals of each membership level each month. So I do a query each month for the actuals and fill in the blanks with the spreadsheet doing the calculations. If you (or anybody else!) would like to get our template, email me direct.
