Once you receive a zip file, you must first "unzip" or unpack the contents.
To do this, you need a program like WinZip that can be downloaded for free
at http://www.winzip.com.
Unzip the contents into a temporary directory
Open Windows Explorer, right click the start button, select Explore
Highlight the files you just unzipped in your temporary directory
Drag them to the destination folder with your left mouse button and let go
Select COPY to replace the files with the same name.

I'm sorry to be without a clue, but I don't seem to know how to use the zip
file to populate the zip file in Ebase 103. Once I open it, what do I do
with it?
