I would try making a layout in ebase [by going into Payments, then choosing layout,
then picking a unused thankyou letter layout.)

Next you will need to go to your printer setup dialog. This can be reached by telling
ebase to print while on that new layout. From there you should be able to choose
Properties or something similar based on your printers setup.
Under Properties choose Paper and then choose Custom. Here you should be able to name
and set up a custom page size.
I use this all the time from ebase to print Thank You postcards. I do have to choose
landscape and feed the postcards through the manual tray.
When you print from ebase, though, you must make sure you choose the correct page size
and manual feed, before sending the doc to print.
Hope that helps as I know I can be cryptic and gloss over certain items. If anyone has
other suggestions?
