If there are NO backups you will probably need professional help. Otherwise
go back to whatever backup you have, test it a bit, and start reentering
everything you have changed since the backup. If this is a lot of
information or you don't know what got changed, again you probably need
professional help. It is not hopeless, just hard and probably time
consuming.

Bottom line: Before anyone embarks on any database project, be sure you
understand disaster recovery and plan for it. This applies to any database,
not just eBase.
