To either the data input screen, the BIO screen or the ACTIVIST screen, I'd
like to add input for "Chapter" which is one of the Value Lists. I know how
to edit my chapter names or numbers. I also know how to create a frame and
title caption and would like to be able to click in the frame and get a drop
down list of all the "chapters" but can't figure how to do it. I've tried
to "specify field" in the layout mode but am having no success in getting
the "chapter" value list to pop up. Anyone help??
