This means the fields are not currently on a screen. They are in the
database file, but you have to add them to a layout to make them
accessible. Go to the names file, select the layout you want to add
this field to (Data Entry, for example), go to layout mode, drag a
field onto the layout, and select Add Date from the list presented.
