Hi everyone!
I am trying to import a bunch of information into some new fields that I
have created. I thought that I would be able to use the Legacy ID number
as the number that ties the new information to the records that already
exist in ebase. When I try to import (I have to use the import function
in FileMaker Pro under the File menu since the ebase import function into
names does not show my newly created fields). I try to import and all it
does is create new records. I then tried to use the ebase import function
and use the USER FIELDS 6-10 (which I had not used yet) and it still would
put the new information onto the wrong records. I thought the Legacy ID
would take care of it like it do4s in the Payments import table so that
many payment records can go to one ebase names record. What could I be
doing wrong? Can you actually add information to records en mass later
using the Legacy ID in the Names table?

Thanks!
