[support] Adding Source Codes

Hi everyone, I'm pretty new at ebase so please bear with me if this is not a very good question.    I wanted to add a source coude so I went to "Add/Edit source codes" under Admin tab.  Now, I'm trying to figure out, the box all the way at the top says "Pre-Ebase" and a few other options that I don't understand.  Do I need to change this box?  How do I edit this box?   What I'm trying to do is set up a source code for a T-shirt appeal we sent out a few days ago   Please help!
