I'm having trouble understanding the householding features. Let's say Mary
Jones is a donor. Her husband John is not. They are attached in a household
where the default name is Mr & Mrs. John Jones. If I do a mailing to donors,
how do I insure that Mary Jones is included, but not as both Mary Jones and
as Mr & Mrs. John Jones?
