It would be possible to alter the script named Delete Name to check for related payment records (or other related records such as actions or contacts). If related records were present, FileMaker would present a dialog either announcing that there are related records, or offering the choice to proceed and delete the records. Note that this would not prevent a user logged in with the master level password from deleting a record using the FileMaker menu.
