Our company uses ebase to send reminders for pledge payments.  This worked 
well using the letter formats, customized to include pledges, duration, etc. 
and quarterly payments.  I was using the output screen.  However, when I 
started to add a second year of pledges, the fields keep referring to the 
first pledge year amounts.  How do I set up a relationship between fields for 
a second pledge?  I do not want to delete the history.  We have hundreds of 
names that I'd like to print reminders in batches, so I don't want to print 
them one at a time.
