Thanks We are using Win 98 as our operating system. I am using Eudora 3.0 and the email functions work fine. My colleague downloaded eudora 5.02> He cannot use the email function....Is this an incompatibility between filemaker 4.1 and Eudora 5.02? and so i don't know if this answers the question "Did the process work on the upgraded machines with Eudora 3.0 before the upgrade?"
