Hi Rodney,

You may want to use your contact flags for this. Ours may have been
customized so that they no longer reflect what's in the standard ebase
installation, but we have a flag set up that means 'NO MAIL'. When we are
doing a mailing, we do a FIND and make sure that we use OMIT to leave out
all of these individuals. Once we have the right found set, we do the
labels.

Cheers,

Subject: [support] keeping names off mailing labels

Hi there, I've been on this support list for a few months now, and I have
gleaned a lot of useful information. I have a questioin that has not been
addressed since I joined. Is there a way I can flag an entry in my ebase
database so that the record exists but does not print out when I generate
mailing labels? We've got about 20 names that we would like to keep in our
database, but we would prefer it if they didn't print out on mailing
labels when we generate them.

Thanks,
