Is there a way to add identical action history records to a found set of names? That is, a group of people all participated in the same Action. If I find those people in names.103, can I add a related action record to each found names record?
Or do I have to go to a specific name, add an action, and enter the same info (e.g. Action Date: 10/27/2001, Action: Attended Event, Issue 1: Health, etc.) into the Action Record for each person who particpated. It seems rather tedious to enter the same data repeatedly, but I can't figure out a way to do it more efficiently.
