If I were going to do that, I'd export record numbers from the found 
set of names and import them into the actions file. When the import 
is completed, the found set in the actions file will be the set you 
just imported. Before losing that set, I'd use the FileMaker Replace 
function to enter the action, date, issue, source code, etc., into 
the whole set of records.
