ebase 2.0 for FileMaker to be released on October 15th
Training Tour to Kick-Off on October 16 in New York.
TechRocks, the developer of ebase 2.0 for FileMaker, announced today that
the preview (public beta) of ebase 2.0 for FileMaker will be
released on October 15th.
Originally scheduled for release on October 1, the delayed release is
the result of the recent announcement by FileMaker that FileMaker
Developer 5.5 will not be released until sometime after October 1st.
According to Marshall Mayer, TechRocks CEO, "The FileMaker Developer 5.5 is
essential to building the runtime version of ebase 2.0 for FileMaker.
(The runtime version allows people who do not own copies of Filemaker
Pro to use ebase). We appreciate the patience of the ebase user and
developer communities during this delay."
Liz Gans, Director of Community Support for ebase, noted, "The training
tour, which will give the community a vital preview of ebase 2.0 for
FileMaker, will begin on October 16th with the training in New York
City. Folks interested in learning more about the training can click
