It's not stored elsewhere, and moreover, ebase doesn't send the message. Ebase processes the text for the message, subject, to and from lines, and transfers control to your email client (in this case Outlook). There is not enough detail in your message to be sure, but what I see is that you elect to send a batch email, see the dialog which says to paste the list of addresses to the bcc: field. Then you open a new email message in Outlook and paste the list of addresses. Do you at that time see the addresses? Do you then compose your email message and send it using Outlook?
