>From my reading of what you do it all looks correct with the exception of
deleting [EMAIL PROTECTED] from the To line. Many mail programs will not
send mail if there is nothing in the To line (even though CC and/or BCC have
addresses). I generally fill in my email address or that of our information
email account.
