Dear Jack
I am trying to do monthly renewals and have run into a new problem.
When I try to build a source code and fill in the description boz I get a
message
saying "This field is defined to contain unique values only. YOu must enter
a unique
value". This message appears whatever button on the screen I press....even
the ESC or delete
buttons. Can you help?
Cris.

The only "work-around" (to getting into layout mode and actually messing
with the layout) that comes to mind is to export the data using the
Output->File Export->For Letter Merges function and create your letter in
your favorite word processor. It's really an easy way to do it.

And yes, the field HAS TO HAS TO HAS TO be calculated to pull off what it
does.
