isn't that just  >0 in both YTD (2001) and Last Year?  ( a simple AND find)
on the Query screen you could do the above or the more _elaborate_ 
either/or Find, but you can do that in a normal Find and Script|Add New 
Request (two request find....)
I think you must have a really bad cold and should go home :-)  or I'm 
really missing something here
