You don't remove them. You use a check-box in the Contacts Flag to mark them
as no longer usuable--like don't send newsletter and/or don't solicit and/or
no renewals, etc. The idea is that you no longer will be contacting them,
not that you don't want their data in the database. And be sure to be
consistent in how you signal their change (write it into your procedures) so
that others can tell what is going on. Lastly a note in the memo field helps
in those odd cases!
