I can not figure out how to mark and track attendence to a fundraising function. I want to be able to do a query in order to pull out a found set of all those who attended. I believe I understand that it is done through the Actions screen and that it requires defining a source code for the event. I do not see how record this in order to later perform a query. (I am still using v1.0).
Is there a way of having 2 databases in Ebase? (Let's say one is working for two independent organizations?). What is the best way of removing someone from the database (say deceased, or no future potential) and still maintain previous donation info and other info (for example to be able to track how many of a Board member's contacts ended up being removed)?
