>We had a consultant import some legacy payments for 97-2000. > >I did a query to find anyone who's donated in the last three years - 99, >00, >01. I got 317 names. To double check, I did a "find" using a field on the >data entry screen where I actually have typed in "99", "00", "01", etc for >whatever years someone has given. > That list gives me 328. > > I've discovered that the 11 names that aren't showing up on the query are >part of the group w/imported payments, but only w/payments from '99 or >earlier. Thank you.
It isn't clear to me how you are doing the two queries that don't agree. There are several ways that you can do the query to get wrong answers, and we'll need to know more to figure out which one. Tell us in great detail how you do the queries. Be very specific on what you type where, what screen you are on, and what you do to get the query. -- -- Dave Shaw H4 Consulting tel: 206-954-7526 fax: 206-625-1338 ------------------ Reminder to each recipient: To change your list account preferences, go to http://email.sparklist.com/scripts/lyris.pl?enter=support and enter the email address you used to subscribe to the ebase support list:: [email protected] To unsubscribe send a blank email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] --------------------------------------------------------------------- ebase - Relationship Management for Nonprofits, http://www.ebase.org ---------------------------------------------------------------------
