Thanks for being very clear about how you get to the situation you're puzzled about. That makes it much easier to figure out what's up. My first guess is that there are no contact records. That is, you have not recorded as contact records any letters or solicitations you have sent to your constituents. The Response Analysis report is an analysis of the effectiveness of your solicitations. The report displays your solicitations and the response they generated. The first step is to search the contact file for solicitations with specific source codes. If you have no contact records, there is nothing to display and you see a blank screen. In that case, also, the response analysis report will have no meaning since there are no solicitations to analyze. >Other than the headings can reports be customized? Yes, if you have FileMaker. Log in with the master-level password and select layout mode from the view menu. You'll want to review the section in the user manual on working with layouts.
