Here's how to get to the archives: Go to http://www.ebase.org/help/, scroll down to the support area at lower left, click "Search the support list archives" - then click the Sparklist Archives link. Enter the same email address you use for your support list subscription. No password needed unless you have set one up for yourself. Use the search function, entering Quickbooks as the search word.
