[support] gift memberships

There was a long discussion a while back about how to handle gift memberships in ebase. We have recently started accepting gift memberships, and what works for us is to put $0 for dues in the recipient's record (which makes them a current member), and to add "Gift Membership Rec'd" to the Pay Method list. All of the gift memberships we have received have been pledged, which might be a nice solution for other gifts. Once the pledge is closed on the giver, it appears in the payments layout that they gave money, but their member status doesn't change.
