Wiring them together is called networking. PCs are not very good at
AppleTalk so you need to install a network. It depends on what models of PCs
and Macs you have as to what would work out best. Some have builtin ethernet
cards, some need an addin card (cheap). If both have USB ports you can use
it for creating a network. With something like LapLink you can even connect
them with serial ports if necessary (slow).
