It's going to be tough to troubleshoot that over an email list, 
unfortunately, unless someone listening has solved this particular 
problem in the past. Anyone?

You are on the right track to think of changes in the network 
environment since it worked. The other think I would think of would 
be to look at preview mode when you have a letter selected to see if 
the trouble is with FileMaker/ebase or the printer.
