Hi,
Just recently, Ebase stopped printing Letters and Thank you's in
Landscape for us. The print signal is sent to the printer and the paper
goes through but the paper is blank that comes out. I have tried
printing in Portrait and this works and I have tried printing in
Landscape in another program and this works as well. Any suggestions
why this might all of the sudden happen. Could this be an Ebase
problem. The other complication is that we just added a few things to
our network - another printer which is color (I tried both computers but
neither printed in Landscape in Ebase), and an IBM laptop (we have Mac's
otherwise). Wanted to check here first since the problem was isolated
to Ebase. Thanks. Kelly
