Does anyone know of an existing relationship in ebase which allows you to map districts to elected representatives? This feature would be especially useful in requesting constituents contact their rep in an email or mail merge, providing them the name & contact info. I was told this is a feature, but I'm unable to find it.
District information is stored in the file
impenh_.103, along with other voter and demographic data. This is
only the district, however, and not the representatives and
contact info. It wouldn't be too tough to create a relationship
between a new "elected official" file and the ebase file
using the district as a key field.
