The zip_.103 that you downloaded can replace the one in your ebase data folder. Just close ebase and copy the new zip_.103 into your working ebase folder.
After you do this, when you enter a zip code, the city and state fields should be automatically filled in. If you want to do a mass update of existing records, you can use the Filemaker REPLACE command.
