If you go through the wizard it tells you exactly what to do, namely paste the entire selected list into the bcc field. Since most mail programs require an entry in the to field, I put our general information email address there as that is public and probably where people should reply to if they have questions about the email.

Seems like I recall a message about this but how can I send E-Mail messages to multiple people without each person seeing the other names shown, using Outlook Express. Can I address one person and give copies to others as bcc's?
