I made and atempt to replicate the problem described but could not find an eror condition.
The designed performance is that COMP signifies a membership payment record which has an assigned duration but has no payment amount. FREE memberships are COMPLEMENTARY (COMP). Go back and check the records that have the COMP status and you should find that they have a 0 or blank dollar amount for the membership and a duration which gives a currnet expiration date. The program >automatically put COMP in and I cant find what it means. I think that's broke. Maybe someone from the design team will chime in here. It looks to me as if the field which calculates Last Member Status depends on the user specifying an item code to be the Member Payment code. The place you specify this was in the Ebase settings screen in the beta version but is not in the release version. The calculation results in COMP if there is not item present with that code. I can only presume that it will be included in the release due next week. ------------------ Reminder to each recipient: To change your list account preferences, go to http://email.sparklist.com/scripts/lyris.pl?enter=support and enter the email address you used to subscribe to the ebase support list:: [email protected] To unsubscribe send a blank email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] --------------------------------------------------------------------- ebase - Relationship Management for Nonprofits, http://www.ebase.org ---------------------------------------------------------------------
