[support] how long should it take to export a contacts.100 file?

I'm in the midst of exporting my ebase files from 1.00 so I can import them into 1.03 and thence into 2.0.

 

The contacts.100 file was over 100MB, and has taken over 2 hours (so far) to export, with no end in sight.  Is this normal for a database that has about 1100 names, and a max of about 20 contact items per name?
