Can't be sure what you're doing wrong unless we know more about what you're doing. Ebase will insist that Record Type have a value, and that it's IND, BUS, ORG, or FDN (case doesn't matter). Are you using the ebase import wizard? Map your Record Type column to the field Import Record Type. After you import the data, you get a chance to review and edit the data. Check that Record Type has data, and that it's all correct values. -- -- Dave Shaw H4 Consulting tel: 206-954-7526 fax: 206-625-1338 ------------------ Reminder to each recipient: To change your list account preferences, go to http://email.sparklist.com/scripts/lyris.pl?enter=support and enter the email address you used to subscribe to the ebase support list:: [email protected] To unsubscribe send a blank email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] --------------------------------------------------------------------- ebase - Relationship Management for Nonprofits, http://www.ebase.org ---------------------------------------------------------------------
