Question: while adding donations to the Ebase database I was kicked out of
Ebase ("closed" by Windows), when I tried to re-enter Ebase was informed
"names_ is damaged and cannot be opened" along with the booby trap "Use
'Recover' Command", which I have no intention of doing.
Please advise so that I may regain access and continue to enter donations.
Thanks.
Ron

Subject: [support] Records Not Added Correctly
I recently took over ebase from another individual. While entering missed
data I frequently get the message, "This record was not added correctly; you
must now run the Create Related Records script. From now on, only add
records by using the Add Name button. Click YES now, and go run the
script."
It's obvious that these records were not entered correctly initially. My
concern is with the records I am not finding. If there are others that were
not entered correctly and I am not finding them, how does this affect
reports?
Thank you for your response.
