Your names file is damaged, and the ebase recover procedure will not 
reliably clear those problems, as I gather you  already know. You 
should revert to your latest backup and discard the current file set.

If your latest backup is old enough that you will lose significant 
data, you can run the recover process on the damaged file to gain 
access, then migrate your data to a new file set.

Then revise your backup protocol to insure you back up as frequently 
as you need to avoid losing data.
