So we fixed the other troubles we've asked for assistance on.  Thanks
for the advise we've gotten to date.

Here are some current questions:
>From individual desktops (we have FM5.5 server / ebase 2.02 server and
client versions), to get into Ebase2.02 you go to NetStart ... at this
stage, everyone here as been given full access for editing / adding
records and contact info ... (we'll restrict access later) ...

1.  do we type in admin / admin every time or user name / password
specific to each user?

2.  when you enter admin / admin the Main Menu does not give "contacts"
as a blue underlined link -- the list starts off with Payments.  Can
this be changed somehow?

3.  when i do either admin / admin or user name / password specific to
user at the login, I am denied access to changing anything in the notes
field (this may be the case for other fields as well that I just haven't
tried yet).  I want to add specific notes to contacts ... so how do I do
this?  Even when I'm logged in at the highest levels, I still am denied
access.  I checked the user settings as instructed in the manuals and
all seems to be in order.  Am I missing something?

NOW ON TO FIND ISSUES:
I want to be able to find all our major donors ... what is the necessary
script to be able to simplify the process?  Is there standard script
writing documentation somewhere to help me learn how to write customized
scripts and menus?

Any assistance would be appreciated.
