You could just make a shortcut of the file "ebase.103"

Open the folder containing all of the ebase files and navigate to the file "ebase.103" 
and then right click on the file, create a shortcut, and then drag that shortcut
to your desktop. If you have FM installed, the shortcut should just automagically open 
ebase.
